About Finca Santa Victoria

Silvia is inspired to produce coffee for many reasons, but the main one is to continue the legacy of her father, Don Víctor, who started the family’s coffee production 50 years ago and from whom the name Finca Santa Victoria comes.

The cultivation of coffee brings back many memories for Silvia, who always spent her vacations among her father’s and neighbors’ coffee farms. In the 22 blocks of Finca Santa Victoria, the coffee trees grow surrounded by trees and wild animals, making this a refreshing oasis within the warm land of Tacuba, Ahuachapán.

Silvia is a role model to many as she takes the reigns for the farm and contributes to what her father founded. She manages the entire production process for her coffee and all the revenues from it. Silvia’s farm’s income is meaningful to not only to the local economy, but also for the six people who collaborate with her on a daily basis, and their families, for whom coffee is a source of employment and development.

The specialty coffee market is one of Silvia’s goals for the future and is what motivates her to maintain her family's heritage and learn more about how to offer her clients the best quality in her coffees.
