About Finca Junkaj
Luisa is a small producer from Guatemala. Coffee has always been a big part of his life. She inherited her farm from her parents and had her first harvest in 2019. Traceability is super important for Luisa because she has seen her business grow from seed to final product. In a market that has historically been dominated by men, she is very proud to be a woman with her own farm and coffee business. Luisa believes in good stewardship of her land and produces her coffee without many chemicals and additives. Although her business is new, it has had a great impact in her community and Luisa is part of a cooperative of coffee producers. Family support is very important for the Junkaj farm, Luisa's son helps her with the responsibilities on the farm when he is not at university. Luisa is very proud to be the next generation of her family working in the cafe and on behalf of her and her family, they hope that you can enjoy their pride in the taste of coffee.
