Francis is a constant worker, she does not surrender to adversity, She always seeks to help others, to give them the same opportunity to improve that she was granted, to empower the people around her to fulfill their dreams.

She has coffee in her DNA. Since she was little she has been embedded in the process of her father’s coffee business. As time went by, she decided that she was meant to be a larger part of the business; and that is how she begins her story within the world of coffee.

Everything begins with something, and Francis began with her first farm called "HOPE," which symbolizes light for her, a light that has changed her life to this day. This light was a new opportunity that would help her to fulfill her life purpose.

Francis has different facets: a daughter, a friend, a leader, but above all a determined person, who learned to overcome, who lived with limitations, but who never gave up. For Francis to reach what she has built today, she had to make difficult decisions, such as leaving home in order to successfully complete and obtain a degree in public accounting.

Today, Francis is part of PRODECOOP, a recognized cooperative in her country. She is an entrepreneur working in a coffee shop led by young members of her coop, a local leader, but most importantly continues to be grateful, friendly, and an avid coffee lover.
